To ensure that everyone is aware of when classes are canceled please be familiar with the following:

 

Classes will always be canceled whenever there are school closures in the district. KidSing Classes will also be canceled if schools close early.

 

If there is school throughout the day and snow conditions worsen into the evening we will make the call to cancel our classes by 4:00pm. If classes are canceled we will send everyone an email, post it on our website, and place it as our answering machine which can be heard by calling the office at 847-3363.

 

For classes held on the weekend, please check your emails, the website, or our voicemail at least an hour before your class start time for information on cancelations.

 

We understand that everyone feels uncomfortable driving in different conditions, and road conditions vary in different parts of the city, KV, and Sussex. If we don't make a cancelation and you do not feel safe driving in the road conditions, please stay home and we will see you at the following class. Everyones safety is very important to us.

 

Due to limited time and location availability, if there is a cancelation due to weather we cannot guarantee that we will reschedule a class to make up for the missed time.

 Prices: (These payments are billed in September, January, and April*

All Classes for children ages 5 and up are the same price, we offer deals when you take more than one class.

-One Class: $230 x 3 payments                                                       -Little KidSing (ages 3,4): $125 x 3 payments

-Two Classes: $350 x 3 payments

-Three Classes: $475 x 3 payments

Payment Methods:

-By the first class, you must either pay in full by: cash, cheque, Paypal, or give us all of the post-dated cheques equalling the full amount.

-Payments can be split into any equal amount, but must begin and end during the term.

-Post- Dated Payment Plans must be paid in post-dated cheques only, this option is not available for cash of online payments.

*Payments are billed in September, January, or April. This means that payments must be made by this time (either paid in full, or all post-dated cheques given to KidSing).  Customers are also able to pay or write post-dated cheques for the entire year in September.

 Refunds

-KidSing will issue Full Refunds for class fees up until the second week of classes. After the second week KidSing may issue a partial refund or no refund at all.
